Party Rental Policies
Required at the time rental item is picked up. Orders for delivery must be paid in full prior to delivery or have the balance paid C.O.D. unless prior credit has been established. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Local Checks and Cash are accepted. A valid driver’s license or other official picture I.D. is also required.
For weekday events, you may keep party items for 24 hours. For weekend events, you may pick up the party items on Friday afternoon and return them on Monday morning for a one day charge. All prices quoted are “event” (same as one day) rates unless otherwise specified and are for customer pick up and return. Delivery is available for an additional charge.
Delivery and Pickup
Delivery and pickup is available for an additional charge (depending on location). This is for “tailgate” delivery, which means our driver will unload your order to a single, convenient ground level location, such as a garage, front door or driveway, unless previously arranged and billed. Our driver will unload and stack your order but not carry it inside and set up. After use, your order should be repacked and restacked in the same location as delivered.
Tables, chairs and electrical items are not weather proof, please do not expose them to rain or harsh weather. The customer is responsible for the security and safe keeping of all rental items from the time of delivery to the time of return. There will be replacement charges assessed for all missing, damaged or broken items. An optional damage waiver is offered to protect against accidental breakage. The waiver does not apply toward shortages.
All tent rental pricing includes set up, but not delivery (due to varying locations). Customer is responsible for contacting Tennessee One Call to locate underground utilities before tent is set up. Absolute Rental and Supply is not responsible for any damage to underground utilities if no markings are present. There is an additional charge for Inflatables returned wet, please call us if it has been raining, we would rather extend the rental another day at no charge to allow for time to dry if reservations allow.
We strive to keep our equipment in top working order at all times. ‘Murphy’s Law’ however, says that problems sometimes and will occur. If you ever have any problems or questions about an item that you rent, please call us right away. Many problems can be solved over the phone. We will do everything possible to help you in a timely and efficient manner.
