NOTE: RENT CHARGED FOR ALL TIME OUT, NOT TIME USED.
All items must be returned to store in a clean- to semi clean condition resembling the way it left the store, or a cleaning fee may be charged. For you to get the best value for your money, return all items on or before the date and time DUE IN on your rental contract.
Identification
A valid driver’s license is required for ALL rentals. A major credit card may be required as a second form of identification. Proof of insurance is required for vehicles towing trailers.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of rental unless on open account with us. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, cash, money order and checks are accepted.
Metered Items
Rates for rental items equipped with hour meters are based on 10 hours per day, 40 hours per week, and 160 hours per month. Additional usage will be charged accordingly.
Damage Waiver
A percentage of the rental rate will automatically be charged for damage waiver unless declined on the rental contract at the time of pickup. Our damage waiver is 10% of the rental rate for an item. If damage waiver is declined, customer is responsible for any and all charges that may occur from damage to an item.
Cancellation
Out of consideration for other customers concerning item availability, we ask that cancellations, unless due to inclement weather are made at least 24 hours in advance.
Delivery and Pick-up
Delivery and pickup are available at reasonable rates. Please call for the charge to your specific location. All rental items should be gathered in a single location convenient for pickup. If you prefer, you may pickup and return your rental items to our location.
Responsibility
Responsibility for rental items remains with the customer from delivery until item is returned. All items should be secured and protected from the weather. Additional charges for cleaning fees are made for missing or damaged items. The customer who signs the copy of the contract must realize that THEY are the party responsible for any damage to the rental unit.
